As a Chef De Partie , We Rely You To Maintain the food preparation process in alignment with Shangri-La's service and hygiene standards Ensure all Health and Safety standards and policies are followed correctly Supervise and control the work of the kitchen personnel in your section Assist with overseeing the daily operation of the kitchen Maintain a close and positive relationship with the team Support the Sous Chef on daily operation.Benefits
