- Identify risk/issues in all our tools and processes or on our delivery plan and help on their resolution.
- Ensure adherence and compliance of Core and Country teams to standard approaches and working procedures.
- Drive DevOps practices as well as manage SNOW incidents, balancing priorities.
- Quick thinking to find solutions to blocking problems.
- Act as mentor for juniors within the team and provide necessary guidance.
- Bachelor or Master's degree with Technical emphasis, or equivalent.
- Good logical and analytical skills, ability to work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail in process execution to ensure deliver of quality.
- Focus on making processes and tools as efficient as possible based on own and user experience.
- A willingness & eagerness to further develop your career and take responsibility.
- Service-oriented and Pro-active with a strong sense of accountability

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English.
- Minimum 2+ years of SAP Experience.
- Knowledge on Product SDLC Management.
- Experience in Rev-Trac is necessary, as well as on SAP Transport system (TMS).
- Knowledge on euHReka specifics and tools (Landscape, NameRange, Configuration Extractor) would be favorable.
- Knowledge or skills on ABAP debugging, and programming is favorable.

The Deployment Senior Associate is a member of the extended Products team and crucial member of Core Deployment Team.
It executes and oversees the delivery process end to end and is responsible of controlling rules are followed to assure systems and processes are stable and reliable.
Provides support to development and QA teams working on Core environments as well as to Customer delivery teams as main users of our delivery toolset.
The Senior Associate should have knowledge on all our processes and tools to be able to inform and guide other colleagues on its correct usage.
In this capacity, the Senior Associate member is responsible of the support ticketing pool to make sure that we, as a team, provide quick solutions with quality.
