    Overview

    The Sales Financial Services Specialist is responsible for supporting the Sales Financial Services Specialist in achieving all required deliverables as identified and is responsible for the execution of identified functions. This role will be reporting to the Sales Analytics and Financial Services Manager under the Sales Management Support team.

    Functions

    The Sales Financial Services Associate has the following responsibilities based on assignment:

    Commissions, Rebates, and Incentives (based on assignment)


    • Data extraction, validation, and processing of commissions, rebates, and incentives including approval requirements


    • Coordination with Finance team for reconciliation and approval routings for month-end adjustments


    • Responsible for payout monitoring and updates based on identified criteria


    • Provide weekly and bi-weekly reports (BAU and Ad Hoc) as the basis of incentive payout including a summary of discrepancies


    • Manage and oversee accruals for computed incentives for channels and programs


    • Monitoring of aging commissions, rebates, and incentives


    • Review and analyze payout mechanics for programs


    • Involvement in the financial services of the sales channels which includes review of commission/incentive and rewards and recognition programs for sales personnel


    • Prepares analytics reports and insights related to Commission and settlement


    • Review and recommend revisions on Commission/Incentive Scheme of sales personnel when necessary

    Target Setting (based on assignment)


    • Provide necessary data required to establish targets to support Sales' strategies and direction


    • Assist in defining targets (organic, channels, sales, programs, etc.) as required by the department

    Budget (based on assignment)


    • Prepares and Processes Request for payment for the entire Sales Channels


    • Ensure timely release of payments for the submitted RFPs


    • Monitoring of contracts for projections of vendor payments


    • Process Management


    • Establish and review Commission Scheme matrix, processes, and policies


    • Work with IT Department for Commission System optimization improvement initiatives


    • Support the team in any reporting requirements based on the assigned task/s


    • Responsible for ensuring adherence to all operational processes of the team


    • Responsible for achieving all identified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined by the Sales Analytics and Financial Services Manager


    • Performs any other duties and responsibilities in support of Sales' and the group's direction and strategy.

    Requirements:


    • Collegiate degree preferably in business management, accountancy, economics, actuarial science, or any related course.


    • Minimum three (3) years of experience in Sales Operations and Data Analytics preferably in a Telco or FMCG setup.


    • Ability to clearly cascade ideas and results to sales and other functional teams to ensure proper utilization of analytical solutions.


    • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.


    • A self-starter who delivers high-quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team.


    • Have broad knowledge of functional areas such as risk management, time management, expense management, procurement management, overall management, scope management, communication management, and human resources management, etc.


    • Applicants must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig City.
