Job summary
This role requires hands-on experience within the NSW residential building certification industry. Accuracy, compliance knowledge, and understanding of NSW approval processes are critical.We are looking for an experienced Administration & Data Entry VA with strong familiarity with NSW certification terminology and processes.
- Provide administrative and data entry support to NSW residential certifiers.
- Create and maintain structured digital job files including CDC documentation plans reports certificates compliance evidence upload name organise documents in line with NSW standards update application statuses conditions inspection stages maintain spreadsheets CRMs systems strict accuracy conduct quality checks ensure files audit-ready.
