Duties and Responsibilities:
Employee relations and counselling.
Responsible for the daily administration of general policies and program labor relations.
Ensures that grievance handling and disciplinary proceedings are carried out in line with company policy and DOLE.
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.
Handles resignation and termination procedures as well as potential legal matters related to employees filing lawsuits against the employer.
Submission of reports to DOLE.
Executes Exit Interviews and Clearances.
Handle employee relation issues (Disciplinary Cases and DOLE Cases)
Support all internal and external HR-related and Admin inquiries or requests.
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the company
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Development Management or Psychology.
With at least 2 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist
Preferred 2 years of experience in Recruiting
Preferred 1 year of experience in employee management
Advanced computer skills in MS Office.
Has Strong Interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
