We're looking for a Content Creation Officer who knows how to turn trends into scroll-stopping, high-converting content. This role is for someone who understands that great content isn't just aesthetic—it performs, engages, and drives action.
You'll lead short-form video strategy and execution, with a strong focus on Reels, TikTok, and platform-native content that resonates with Filipino beauty and fashion audiences and moves the needle for the business.
What You'll Own
Short-Form Video Strategy & Production
● Own the strategy and execution of Reels and TikTok content—from ideation to posting
● Produce high-volume, trend-driven short-form videos optimized for reach, engagement, and conversion
● Balance brand storytelling with platform trends, hooks, and formats that perform
Trendspotting & Platform Mastery
● Stay ahead of TikTok and Instagram Reels trends, sounds, formats, and creator styles
● Quickly adapt trends to fit the brand's voice and visual identity
● Understand what works locally in the Philippine beauty and fashion space
Performance-Driven Content
● Create content with clear objectives: awareness, engagement, clicks, or sales
● Monitor content performance and iterate based on insights (watch time, saves, CTR, conversions)
● Test hooks, captions, formats, and posting strategies to improve results
Creator & Influencer Content
● Direct creators and influencers on content briefs that are trend-led and conversion-focused
● Repurpose UGC, creator content, and campaign assets into high-performing Reels
● Ensure all content feels native, not overly produced or "ad-like"
Content Planning & Collaboration
● Build and manage content calendars aligned with launches, campaigns, and promos
● Work closely with brand, social, and e-commerce teams to align content with business goals
● Collaborate with in-house creatives or external editors when needed
What We're Looking For
● 2–5 years of experience in content marketing or social media, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
● Proven experience creating Reels/TikToks that drive engagement and conversion
● Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms and best practices
● Comfortable shooting, directing, and editing short-form content (phone-first is a plus)
● Highly plugged into local trends, memes, sounds, and creator culture
● Fast, scrappy, and able to execute in a startup environment
Bonus Points
● Experience working with beauty or fashion brands in the Philippine market
● Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
● Experience with affiliate, live selling, or social commerce content
