- Perform accurate and timely data entry of patient information into designated databases and systems.
- Ensure proper accessioning of medical specimens, including labeling, tracking, and organization.
- Verify data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established protocols.
- Assist in maintaining and updating records and databases as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines to maintain quality and regulatory compliance.
- Adhere to confidentiality protocols and protect sensitive information.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in healthcare administration or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in data entry, preferably in a healthcare or laboratory setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with laboratory procedures is advantageous.
- Contributions to PhilHealth, SSS, and Pag-IBIG.
