Job Title: Senior Engineer, Product Engineering (Prod Dev)

Location: Philippines

About the Role:

As a Senior Engineer in Product Engineering for Product Development within our Automotive division, you'll be driving new product introductions (NPI), yield/cost improvement, and production readiness for high-performance automotive semiconductor solutions. You will work closely with design, test, manufacturing, and quality teams to deliver robust, manufacturable products that meet stringent automotive standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive new product introduction (NPI) activities, including characterization, qualification, and data analysis.
Collaborate with design, test, reliability, and manufacturing teams to ensure design-for-manufacturability (DFM), yield optimization, and product reliability.
Analyze electrical and manufacturing data to identify yield, quality, and reliability issues; implement solutions to improve performance and reduce costs.
Define production test limits, validate test coverage, and monitor ongoing product performance in manufacturing.
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for product issues during development.
Own documentation, report generation, and communication of key findings to stakeholders.
Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical rigor and continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of automotive industry standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in product engineering or related roles, preferably in automotive semiconductor development.
Solid understanding of analog/mixed-signal IC characterization, test methodologies, and statistical analysis (JMP, Admap, etc.).
Experience with NPI, yield improvement, qualification, and high-volume manufacturing processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Experience with automotive quality standards (e.g., AEC-Q100, ISO is a plus.
