- Responding to and resolving issues raised by our monitoring system
- Monitor and remediate NOC alerts
- Monitor client backups and facilitate BDR tests
- Monitor Patching of all clients and their systems
- Handle escalated tickets from T1 resources.
- Interact with clients and must be able to communicate at a technical as well as non technical level with team members, management, and clients.
- Troubleshoot system problems such as application, mail delivery, routing, server, network and firewall issues within a small to medium scale business environment
- Handle PM endorsed tickets from the North American team
- This role will involve supporting NOC for network and servers.
