    Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

    What You'll Do:

    • Find and recruit marketing, business development, livestreamers talent through job boards (jobstreet, LinkedIn, etc), networking, and industry events
    • Manage the full hiring process from sourcing to offer
    • Assist hiring managers on interviewing and selecting the best marketing talent
    • Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience
    • Track hiring metrics and improve our recruitment process

    Qualifications:

    • At least 5 years of recruiting experience (required)
    • Experience hiring for marketing, digital, or business development roles
    • Success hiring portfolio-driven roles and understanding marketing results
    • Good with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant tracking systems
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Experience recruiting KOL/influencer managers or business development roles
    • Knowledge of beauty industry, trends is advantage
    • Background working with digital agencies, startups, or consumer brands
