- Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across LSG sites.
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all facilities systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
- Manage infrastructure projects, renovations, expansions, and workspace improvements.
- Develop and monitor site-level budgets, cost controls, and capital expenditure planning.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, occupational safety standards, fire codes, and company policies.
- Lead contractor and vendor selection, negotiation, performance evaluation, and service level monitoring.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, IT, HR, SST, and Administration to support business requirements.
- Oversee space planning, seat capacity planning, asset tracking, and furniture management across all sites.
- Lead incident response, risk assessments, and corrective action planning.
- Develop, implement, and regularly test Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP) for all facilities.
- Ensure emergency preparedness protocols, evacuation procedures, and crisis response readiness are up to date.
- Maintain complete and accurate infrastructure documentation, compliance records, and reporting dashboards.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of progressive experience in facilities or infrastructure management, preferably overseeing multiple sites.
- Proven experience in contractor management, budget control, and project supervision.
- Experience in DR/BCP implementation and risk management is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- AutoCAD (reading, reviewing, and updating technical plans)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office

- Interpretation of blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, fire safety, and plumbing systems

About the Role
The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the full facilities operations of different LSG sites, ensuring all locations operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with legal and company standards. This role leads infrastructure maintenance, capital projects, vendor management, and space optimization initiatives while ensuring operational continuity across all sites. The Facilities Manager also plays a key role in Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) implementation to safeguard people, assets, and business operations.
