Job description:
- Encodes and monitors business referrals from brokers and cedants.
- Generates weekly and monthly reports related to production and/or status of accounts.
- Collaborates with different departments to ensure compliance and completion of broker/client requirements such as policies, invoices, endorsements, etc.
- Reviews initial documents submitted by clients, cedants, and brokers and coordinates with them any lacking documents or information.
- Provides assistance in handling e-mail inquiries related to direct and inward businesses.
- Maintains, files, and safekeeps all Commercial Business files.
- Performs other duties assigned as may be assigned from time to time.
Job skills and requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
