    Role Overview:

    CDC Group Co. is seeking experienced and well-connected professionals to join our network as Project Sales Partners.

    This is an independent, commission-based partnership designed for individuals with direct access to construction and technical project opportunities such as but not limited to electrical, lighting, fabrication, construction and related sectors.

    This is not employment. There is no fixed salary or benefits structure.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and generate qualified project opportunities
    • Introduce and register projects under CDC Group's structured system
    • Facilitate introductions to contractors, developers, consultants, and decision-makers
    • Support commercial discussions in coordination with CDC Group management
    • Maintain professional representation of CDC Group in all engagements

    All pricing, quotations, and technical submissions are issued centrally by CDC Group Co.

    Compensation Structure

    • Purely commission-based
    • No fixed quotas, but performance-driven
    • Commission payable upon confirmed payment collection
    • Commissions confirmed per transaction depending on deal size and margins.
    • No fixed allowance or retainer
    • Reimbursement support for approved client activities (performance-based)

    This is structured as an independent contractor engagement, not an employment role.

    • Experience in sales, business development, or project coordination
    • Background in construction, trading, engineering, or B2B sales is a plus
    • Access to contractors, developers, or project decision-makers
    • Commercially aware and relationship-driven
    • Self-managed and performance-oriented
    • Strong relationship-building skills
    • Comfortable working in a performance-based setup
