Job Summary:

The Team Head is responsible in leading his team towards a common goal and objective. He/She supervises the operation of his team/s. He/She is expected to be a motivator and innovator who can unite and lead his/her team to achieve the goals set.

He/She together with his/her team is expected to solve problems, make improvements and act upon information received.

• Must share routine information and deal with or delegate task to co-member
• He/She must be involved in planning, decision making and controlling
• His/Her tasks in motivating, disciplining and resolving conflict shall ensure good working environment within the team
• He/She shall also take the lead in training and development of his co-members to be able to create more leaders and ensure team's continous growth and development
• Ensure Team's and Member's compliance to company policies and that erring Associates are disciplined.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four year course
• Based on tenure/experience requirements (bakcground with delivery operations is an edge)
• With atleast 3 years workinge experience on the related fileld (logistics)
• Excellent in quantitative and analytical skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
• Knows how to drive and preferrably with Professional Driver's License
• Willing to travel
• Willing to be relocated and assigned in in Cainta Rizal
• Willing to extend and render overtime due to operational requirements
