Prepare and issue engagement letters and manage digital document signing processes.
Send professional email updates to clients regarding financial matters and documentation.
Conduct follow-ups and payment reminders to ensure timely client transactions.
Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in accounting records and supporting documents.
Maintain and update accounting databases, spreadsheets, and financial records in Xero and simPRO.
Ensure accurate data entry and reconciliation across accounting systems.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding financial updates and inquiries.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data across platforms.
Support general administrative and bookkeeping functions as required.
Proven experience as an Accounting Admin, Bookkeeper, or similar role.
Hands-on experience with Xero and simPRO (required).
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized with strong follow-up and documentation skills.
