• Provide Coupa technical and functional expertise to clients
• Translate business process requirements into functional and technical options/solutions
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, perform Fit/Gap Analysis, document decisions, and maintain configuration documentation.
• Perform Coupa system configuration & coordinate deployment activities
• Be able to support/lead integration design & interface development activities
• Facilitate testing activities (unit test, SIT, UAT, regression testing)
• Perform data loads, coordinate error resolutions and pre/post load validations
• Support and contribute to the end-to-end client life cycle, from initial proposal to transition to BAU
  
  

• Provide support and cover for other team members during demanding workloads and absences as part of own personal development
• Develop own professional skills and proactively gather knowledge and best practices through practical experience and related project work
• Maintain professional expertise through ongoing reading, research, as well as close collaboration and networking with the S2P Team
  
  

• Fluent Spanish speaker
• 2+ years of Coupa experience
• Source to Pay business process knowledge is necessary
• Coupa certified
• SME Functional experience in Coupa configuration and integration
• Experience in designing and facilitating setup and configuration of one or more Coupa modules (e.g. Procurement, Payables, Supplier Information Management, Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management)
• Highly numerate with a love for data and technical architecture
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
• Willingness to work flexibly across geographic time zones
• Ability to deliver work products on time and with exceptional quality in a remote work environment
