    General Responsibilities
    • Work closely with product and design to develop a deep understanding of user needs.
    • Design, execute, and analyze qualitative and quantitative research.
    • Build research materials (screener forms, NDAs, guides).
    • Ability to observe user behavior through data transactions analysis.
    • Keep up-to-date with competitor products.
    • Stay current on new research strategies and tools.

    Qualifications

    Skills:
    • Empathic listening and ability to deliver an unbiased view of users.
    • Confident written and verbal communication skills.
    • Collaboration skills.
    • Knowledgeable about usability and design principles.

    Experience:
    • Familiarity with various qualitative and quantitative research methods.
    • Experience in conducting remote and field research.
    • 1-3 years experience in customer and user experience research.
    • Experience in technology and fintech is preferred.
