Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer support.
• Coordinates with tenants/customers, contractors, and other concerned departments for operational needs and documentation requirements.
• Monitoring compliance of tenants with the contract agreements, leasing processes, SOP's, House Rules and Regulations.
• Account Management: collection of monthly tenant dues, processing payables.
• Perform other related duties of the Leasing Department.

Job Qualifications:

• With a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
• With 1 year experience in the real estate industry/ events management/ business operations/tenant relations/customer service is an advantage.
• With a pleasing personality.
• Computer literate and with good oral and written communication skills.
• Results-oriented, keen on details and highly collaborative.
