    Job Description

    One (1) Slot for Administrative Assistant III (Senior Bookkeeper)

    Salary Grade: 9 (Php 21,211.00)

    Status of Employment: :Contractual

    Location/Office: Field Office VII

    Program/Division/Unit::Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program

    Reports to: Administrative Officer V

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

    Education:Completion of two years in college

    Experience: 1 year of relevant experience

    Training: 4 hours of relevant training

    Eligibility : None Required

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

    Education:Bachelor's Degree in Business Related Courses

    Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience

    Training:Eight (8) hours of relevant training

    SENIOR BOOKKEEPER

    1.Monitor the fund releases of CO, availability and utilization of funds of

    regional office in the implementation of the Project

    2.Monitor and control the disbursements of the Project

    3.Prepare statement of fund releases, Disbursement and Balances

    4.Prepare and submit the Statement of Expenditure (SOE) to DSWD CO

    5. Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and monitoring to DSWD CO and other oversight agencies

    6. Assist in the review and verification of Liquidation Report /debit memos (copies only) submitted by LBP branch

    7. Handle and maintain all financial records and documents of the Project

    8. Performs other functions as may be directed by the Budget Officer/ Field OfficeAccountant.
