The Opportunity
We are hiring a US Accounting Lead to lead month-end close and oversee accounting operations for US clients.
You will manage reporting accuracy, supervise accounting workflows, and play a central role in scaling finance operations within growing US businesses.

What You Will Own
- Lead and manage full month-end close under US GAAP
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting packages
- Ensure financial statement accuracy and compliance
- Supervise and mentor accounting team members
- Coordinate directly with US Controllers and CFOs
- Strengthen accounting processes in scaling environments
- Drive operational improvements and efficiency
What We're Looking For
- 6–8+ years of progressive US GAAP accounting experience
- Demonstrated leadership of close cycles
- Prior team management or mentoring experience
- Strong financial reporting and general ledger expertise
- Comfort operating in high-growth environments
- ERP exposure (NetSuite preferred)
- Strong English communication skills
