As a starting member of the Philippine branch, we expect the person to provide application development and infrastructure operations services
There will be business trip/s to Japan as well, and the person can build their career and experience.

The role is to manage an Agile developmental team responsible (for developing/maintaining the Organization's products, services, and integration) to 3rd party entities.

Mandatory:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Delivery Management specifically in providing application development and infrastructure operations services
• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing an offshore team of at least 50 people in the Philippines
• Strong leadership and management abilities, with proven experience in hiring and building teams for IT services
• Client management skills and actual client-facing experience building and maintaining relationship
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet stakeholder requirements and needs
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and presentation skills
• Amenability to work onsite in Makati, Philippines

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in an IT-related course
• Good understanding of the Banking application landscape covering digital channels, business process layers, Core applications as well as other support applications of the Bank
• Experience working for a Japanese corporation
• Work-level fluency in Japanese
