Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
PRC license is not required (underboard applicants are welcome)
Open to fresh graduates
With knowledge of fundamental civil engineering principles (structural behavior, construction materials, and construction methods)
Able to read, analyze, and interpret engineering plans, drawings, and technical specifications
Knowledge in quantity take-off and cost estimation is an advantage
Willing to perform site inspections and other fieldwork activities
Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor project environments
Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills
Able to work independently, organized, and deadline-oriented
Willing to be assigned to project sites as needed
