The opportunity
Knack Global Philippines Inc. is seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a No Final Interview – Travel Account (Voice) in Eastwood, Quezon City, Metro Manila. This role is a full-time position, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued travel clients.
Key responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls from customers and clients, providing accurate and timely information and support
- Assisting with booking, modifying, and cancelling travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, and transportation
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, policies, and procedures to provide the best possible service
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the travel industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- A friendly, customer-centric attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service
