    Role Overview

    The ERP Channel Lead will be responsible for driving the success of the Employee Referral Program by creating initiatives that engage employees, managing ERP payouts, and overseeing all ERP-related activities. This role will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to ensure the program is effective, transparent, and aligned with organizational hiring goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    Program Management:

    • Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the Employee Referral Program.
    • Develop creative initiatives to increase employee participation and strengthen referral pipelines.

    Operations & Compliance:

    • Oversee ERP payout processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.
    • Maintain clear documentation and reporting of ERP activities.

    Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to align ERP strategies with hiring needs.
    • Communicate program updates, success stories, and performance metrics to stakeholders.

    Analytics & Reporting:

    • Track and analyze ERP performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Monitor ROI and effectiveness of referral initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Recruitment Marketing.
    • Strong background in program management and stakeholder engagement.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
    • Experience in BPO or large-scale recruitment environments preferred.
    • Must be willing to work onsite - Pasay office
