Facility MaintenanceJob Description:
Responsible for the maintenance of the office and assures the smooth and safe operation of all equipment.
Perform troubleshooting of electrical equipment, alarm systems, plumbing, and HVAC.Conduct routine inspections of buildings to identify and address maintenance issues.
Responsible for the safekeeping of documents for inspections and problems.Coordinating deliveries from vendors and suppliers.
Keeping an inventory of cleaning and repair supplies.
Requirements:
The candidate must have at least a Vocational Diploma/Course in Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II, or a related course.
In-depth knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
Problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and device solutions.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
Willing to work onsite, 6 days a week and shifting schedule and holiday.
