    About the engagement:

    Green Light Worldwide are currently looking for a Junior Resource Consultant to support recruitment activities within our growing consulting business.

    The ideal person will be a recent university graduate with a desire to develop a career in recruitment. Exceptional communication skills (written and spoken) are essential.

    The role will be working in a team focused on volume recruitment for a number of local and international customers. Applicants adept with social media strategies (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram etc.) is highly desirable.

    The role requires consultants to work onsite in BGC. This is mandatory. The role is very performance driven and does require consultants who are willing to commit to their delivery expectations.

    You will need to be sociable as the team will do events such as Job Fairs at universities, shopping malls etc. on occasion.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead sourcing efforts to identify candidates for roles across multiple sectors including healthcare, IT & telecommunications
    • Screen applications effectively, identifying potential candidates that meet our clients' requirements.
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
    • Manage candidate communication, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment cycle.
    • Maintain and update our candidate database with accuracy and attention to detail.
