Job summary
We are seeking a talented NetOps Engineer to join our team. As a Network Rapid Response Engineer within the Technology Operations Center, you will be supporting L1 operations of the Maersk estate running 24/7/365 and providing visibility of what's happening to keep services running and addressing any issues that arise.Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for both proactive and reactive monitoring of alerts such as Routers, Network switches, Firewalls, Wireless Access Points, LoadBalancers & Proxies.
- Analyze alerts and take appropriate actions such as troubleshooting, escalation or remediation.
- Monitor the performance and health of our Maersk network estate.
- Work with the engineering team to ensure optimal application performance and user experience.
