Job summary
The CMS Onboarding Officer will conduct Pre-Implementation meetings with clients, gather data and discuss product features and process capabilities. They will also coordinate with clients via email or phone call for initial scoping and confirmation of products/services to be availed.Responsibilities
- Conducts Pre-Implementation meeting with the client
- Data gathering and discussion on the product features, process and capabilities of the applicable system based from client requirements

- Submits to the client minutes of meeting implementation timeline target completion date etc...
