What You'll Do
- Review and analyze medical records and related documentation.
- Conduct research using internal and external systems to support report completion.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of assigned tasks.
- Maintain proper tracking and documentation of completed work.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding workload and priorities.
- Follow assigned schedules and task allocations.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Key Criteria
- Background or experience in healthcare, medical documentation, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and web-based systems.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage deadlines and workload pressure.
Work setup:
Manila (BGC, Taguig):
Daily on-site work (Monday-Friday), followingUS CST and CDT (10pm - 7am PHT).
