Our team is growing and we're looking for a dynamic, data-savvy, and skilled Amazon Account Specialist to jump on board You will make a big impact as a critical supportive team member to our Brand Manager as you ensure our Amazon listings are optimized and growing.

    What You'll Do as an Amazon Account Specialist:

    • Own day-to-day catalog operations, including listing creation, variation setup, flat file uploads, and backend troubleshooting
    • Monitor Buy Box performance and top ASIN health to ensure revenue stability
    • Open, manage, and resolve Seller Central cases, compliance issues, and appeals efficiently
    • Conduct routine listing audits to maintain policy compliance and prevent account risk
    • Collaborate with the design team to improve creative assets and optimize listings for higher conversion rates
    • Launch and manage A/B tests and listing experiments to drive measurable performance improvements
    • Manage promotional tools including Virtual Bundles, Lightning Deals, Coupons, and other growth levers
    • Monitor returns, A-to-Z claims, chargebacks, customer messages, and seller feedback to protect account health
    • Perform keyword research using Brand Analytics and third-party tools to improve ranking and discoverability
    • Analyze competitors and identify listing optimization opportunities

    What does Success Look Like?

    - On-Time Delivery: Complete 90%+ of assigned tasks on or before the agreed-upon due date

    - Quality of Work: Maintains under 2% error rate on accuracy, keyword usage, and compliance checks

    - Drive conversion rate growth on top listings

    What Makes You a Perfect Fit:

    - 3+ years of experience with Amazon account management, with a track record of improving metrics like CVR and CTR

    - Deep expertise with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Terms of Service

    - Basic-level & understanding of Amazon SEO strategies

    - Proactive communicator and a get-it-done attitude

    - An analytical mindset and ability to work with data (Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, Formulas)

    - Proficiency in tools such as Jungle Scout, Keepa, DataDive, Helium 10, Data Rova, Smart Scout

    - A self-starter with a detail-oriented approach, ready to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment

    - Ability to work 7am-4pm EST, Monday-Friday.
