- Lead and Mentor Operations Talent: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of Records Management Specialists, delegating tasks and conducting performance evaluations to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Manage the Records Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of records—from creation and indexing to retrieval and off-site storage—while coordinating with vendors for secure destruction in accordance with retention schedules.
- Ensure Compliance and Data Integrity: Implement and enforce organizational policies and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards, assisting in audits and identifying compliance risks to maintain the highest levels of data privacy and security.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role within warehouse operations, supply chain, or records management.
- Strong Knowledge of Records Principles: A deep understanding of records management best practices, industry standards (such as ISO 15489), and relevant data privacy laws.
- Exceptional Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, coach, and provide constructive feedback to a diverse team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Technical & Organizational Proficiency: High attention to detail with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
