As a Merchandising Assistant at Alfamart in Pasay City provide administrative support to purchasing and inventory process of merchandise assist in providing item information to be presented in buying sessions monitor all purchase orders ensure delivery within time frame prepare and maintain various sales reports manage reconciliation of all invoices and purchase orders to be forwarded to accounting for documentation analyze sales and inventory based from system actual supplies coordinate with Shift Leaders Area Coordinators Suppliers address item concerns calibration marketable price supplies items coordinate Marketing team promo calendar features draft promotional agreements per vendor Marketing initiatives update price system
