Role Description:

The Senior Communications Specialist is responsible for managing and executing key internal and external communication initiatives that align with regional and global strategies. Supporting the USA region, this role will coordinate communication processes, projects and tasks to ensure the consistent delivery of high‑quality, impactful messages.

The primary purpose is to deliver clear, engaging and timely communications by producing content, managing publishing channels, and supporting stakeholder engagement. This role ensures effective dissemination of information across the organization and contributes to corporate communication objectives through planning, measurement and continuous improvement.

Role Accountabilities:

Content Generation

Create written content for internal bulletins, case studies, press releases, and Firstup (or similar internal communications platform).

Presentation & Publishing

Assist in the creation of presentation materials and templates to ensure visual clarity and coherence.

Manage and publish content across internal channels: EDMs, intranet updates, and SharePoint pages.

Project Management and Communications

Facilitate collaboration with various teams to gather and share key organizational updates, ensuring Arcadians are consistently informed through well-crafted internal news, announcements while also assisting in the development of professional presentations and documents to support executive-level communication initiatives.

Collaborate to enhance Global Business Area (IC + External comms) and country Communications as required (eg. GBA Intranet page, event, case study, thought leadership campaigns).

Efficiently assign communication tasks to relevant Centers of Excellence, oversee project management processes, and contribute valuable insights and expertise as a core team member.

Compile baseline data; report on key metrics to measure impact of communications efforts.

Support development and execution of communications plans; coordinate timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree is required for this position.

2–5 years in corporate communications, internal communications, or content creation in professional services or infrastructure/environment sectors.

Strong written communication skills; ability to tailor messages for internal audiences.

Dependable, self‑driven and organized; prioritizes well under pressure to deliver high‑quality work on time.

Excellent attention to details and accuracy of work are essential

A team player who can build strong working relationships with different stakeholders
