    Key Responsibilities:

    • Financial Transaction Management: Manage financial transactions, maintain accurate ledgers, and ensure timely processing.
    • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports to inform strategic decisions and optimize business performance.
    • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, mitigating risks and protecting company assets.
    • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes to drive informed business decisions.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial efficiency, optimize operations, and drive growth.

    Requirements:

    • Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
    • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
    • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Analysis, and SAP. Strong knowledge of budgeting, audit processes, and general ledger accounting.
    • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage financial transactions, prepare financial reports, ensure compliance, perform reconciliations, and support audits.
    • Working Conditions: Office-based environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime during fiscal year-end.
    • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    Salary:

    $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
