    Description:

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Perform routine and repetitive clerical accounting and book keeping duties following established procedures
    • Record and receive payments request
    • Prepare and coordinate bank deposit activities
    • Check, Verify and process for signature
    • Record accounts payable and receivable data
    • Analyze discrepancies and tracks unpaid statement accounts
    • Verify taxes and other deductions
    • Prepare payroll checks
    • Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records
    • Find and use accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies
    • Track and replenish petty cash
    • Prepare month end reports
    • Perform filing and general administrative tasks
    • Maintain complete confidentiality
    • Any other tasks that may be assigned at any given time by the Managing Director, Executive Vice President, and President.

    Qualifications:

    • With at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
    • At least 6 months of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Fresh graduates are open to apply
    • Knowledgeable in using QuickBooks and other accounting related system.
    • Critical thinker, decision-maker and problem solver.
    • With ability to multi-task under pressure.
    • Ability to maintain high-level confidentiality.
