- Responsible for the overall creation, planning, development, implementation, management, and evaluation of operational programs, and initiatives involving the company's order processing and distribution activities.
- To oversee and lead the implementation and actual execution of correlated aspects relating to the company's direction and key strategies through the application of operational concepts, principles, and best practices.
- To contribute to business continuity by ensuring seamless operations based on standards that maximize timeliness and cost-effectiveness
- To respond to varied business need opportunities and employee behavior
- Graduate of BS Engineering or in any related engineering and manufacturing management courses
- Minimum of 3 years of management or supervisory experience and at least 2 years of experience and exposure in the field of manufacturing
- Amenable to report on-site daily.
- Willing to work Mondays to Fridays, 7:00AM to 4:30PM and 12:00NN to 10:00PM
- Willing to be assigned in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
