    Job Responsibilities:

    • Respond to queries of agents regarding terminal operations and network related concerns.
    • Provides sales related information (like sales/cancellations/payouts for the day, week, and month) specific to that lotto agent, thru the use of management terminals which has direct access to the central sales database of the system.
    • Assists the lotto agents/operators in performing ticket cancellations, thru the management terminal, which are beyond the allowed cancellation time period by providing the lotto operator with special access privileges.
    • Logs all calls received for monitoring purposes.
    • Performs first level diagnostics on problems being called in by lotto agents/operators.
