Versa Innovations Corp. seeks a Marketing Event Coordinator to manage participation in industry events where they join as sponsor exhibitor presenter This role focuses on strategic event evaluation coordination with organizers internal alignment onsite execution and post-event reporting ensuring every event supports brand visibility lead generation and business objectives
Responsibilities
- Review source event invitations from organizers partners and industry associations Research evaluate events based on audience profile relevance lead potential ROI alignment with Versa's objectives Coordinate with event organizers gather full participation details packages costs deliverables schedules attendee profiles Prepare submit event participation proposals for approval by Marketing Lead Manager Senior Management Team Manage revisions clarifications communications with organizers approved declined events Secure billing documents invoice SOA coordinate payment requests Finance Accounting Align internally Sales Operations BDG teams briefings planning sessions Prepare manpower plans logistics materials collaterals prior event Oversee ingress booth setup branding materials equipment installation Ensure consistent brand representation messaging throughout event Coordinate Sales Marketing teams lead capture demos attendee engagement Manage egress dismantling safe return all assets Ensure inventoried documented upon return office Follow up obtain official attendee participant databases Consolidate endorse all leads Lead Generation Team Prepare comprehensive post-event reports using formats performance analysis learnings Maintain accurate documentation tracking evaluation future planning
