    As we continue to grow across department stores and online channels, we are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Demand & Supply Planning Manager to lead our stock allocation and inventory optimization efforts.

    We are currently improving how we allocate sizes, quantities, and styles per location — and this role will be key in ensuring the right products go to the right stores at the right time.

    Role Overview

    The Demand & Supply Planning Manager will be responsible for forecasting demand and allocating inventory across:


    • Department stores nationwide


    • Shopee


    • Lazada


    • TikTok Shop

    This role ensures we minimize stockouts, reduce overstock, improve sell-through, and maximize profitability across all channels.

    Key Responsibilities

    Demand Forecasting


    • Analyze historical sales per store, channel, and product category


    • Create monthly and seasonal demand forecasts


    • Develop size curves per location


    • Identify fast-moving and slow-moving SKUs


    • Adjust forecasts based on promotions and seasonality

    Stock Allocation & Replenishment


    • Allocate styles, sizes, and quantities per store based on demand and store size


    • Plan allocations for new launches and limited collections


    • Monitor weekly sell-through and rebalance stock when necessary


    • Prevent stock imbalance issues across locations

    Online Inventory Planning


    • Allocate stock for campaigns (Mega Sales, Payday, etc.)


    • Forecast promotional uplift


    • Prevent overselling and stockouts


    • Monitor aging inventory online

    Inventory Optimization


    • Maintain ideal stock cover levels


    • Improve stock turn rate


    • Reduce aging inventory


    • Recommend store-to-store transfers


    • Identify liquidation opportunities

    Cross-Functional Collaboration


    • Work closely with Design, Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and E-commerce teams


    • Align production planning with forecast and allocation strategy

    Qualifications


    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field


    • 3–5+ years experience in retail planning, demand forecasting, or allocation


    • Strong Excel and data analysis skills


    • Experience in multi-channel inventory management


    • Detail-oriented and highly analytical

    Experience in apparel or size-based inventory allocation is a strong advantage.
