Scope of Work:
The goal will be to follow a baseline script that you will learn by shadowing me and listening to several successful recordings of myself the part we would like assistance with is getting them warm, so that means just getting them to show interest in hearing more about the available job that matches their resume/profile and then once you got them warm you transfer them live to me or another internal recruiter for which we work to close the deal by qualifying the candidate and then submitting them to the client for hopes to get them an interview set up and then hopes to get them hired. So your role would be to cold call hundreds of candidate lists that were very well thought out and strategically obtaining in the first place, not just random lists, and then make the absolute best out of our list by getting as many people to show interest, for which then you would transfer to us or if no one is available within our internal recruiter team, you would let them know that we would be reaching back out within the next 15-30 min to discuss the role further; however, that is the last option as we want live transfers to properly capture that moment of interest and work hard to convert that into a candidate submission if they meet all the right qualifications/criteria and are determined to be a good fit for our client employer and vice versa.
