Real Estate Development Company Role Overview We are seeking a reliable hands-on accounting professional to support a Canada-based residential real estate development company This role focuses on day-to-day accounting execution including bookkeeping reconciliations and payment processing using QuickBooks Online The ideal candidate is organized proactive and comfortable working remotely even when timelines or information shift Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate accounting records in QuickBooks Online Perform bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance Reconcile bank accounts credit cards and balance sheet accounts Prepare and process vendor payments expense reimbursements Ensure bills invoices payments properly recorded supported Assist with month-end close basic financial reporting Flag missing information issues timing delays affecting accuracy timing Coordinate stakeholders smooth payment approval flow Required Experience Skills Experience using QuickBooks Online Hands-on experience AP AP payments bill processing Background bookkeeping accounting Real estate property development experience plus Clear professional communication remote setup Ability work independently manage priorities Work Setup Remote role Flexible coordination Canada-based stakeholders Clear expectations around payment schedules approvals EST schedule Ideal Candidate Traits Detail-oriented dependable Comfortable owning tasks end-to-end especially payments Proactive follow-ups status updates Calm flexible adaptable change Job Type Full-time Pay From Php95000 per month Benefits Work from home Application Question(s) Do you have payroll experience Are you able to work remotely coordinate Canada-based team EST schedule Experience real estate accountin/ bookkeep: years (Preferred) Work Location Remote
