- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least three (3) years of working experience in administrative and clerical task
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office software such as MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Team player and can work under minimal supervision
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task
- Must have a pleasant positive attitude
- Must know how to speak MANDARIN
