    • In depth knowledge of network infrastructure components, including LAN (Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network), and wireless technologies

    • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, mac OS), networking, and hardware components
    • Experience with common software applications and tools, including remote support software and help desk systems

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • A graduate of 4 year computer related field such as BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent courses.
    • Preferably with 3 5 years related work experience Preferably with relevant IT industry certifications, and at least 56 hours of technical training/certification.
