This is a sales admin role responsible for process sales orders received via phone email or online verify order and customer information for accuracy issue invoices and process payments maintain and update customer databases and sales records prepare and analyze sales reports tracking performance and trends handle customer inquiries provide support after-sales service coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services assist the sales team with administrative tasks monitor sales goals help the team meet quotas.
