Role Description
We are a high-growth company seeking a Business Developer to drive our capital raising initiatives.
You will work directly with the founders to secure investment from Venture Capital firms, Angel Investors, and Family Offices to fuel our expansion.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who can manage the fundraising lifecycle with professionalism and precision.Key Responsibilities
Investor Relations:
Identify, map, and engage potential investors who align with our long-term strategic goals.
Investment Materials:
Develop and refine high-quality pitch decks, financial models, and investment memos.
Pipeline Management:
Coordinate investor meetings, manage the CRM, and ensure rigorous follow-up on all leads.
Due Diligence Coordination:
Manage the data room and organize all documentation required for investor audits and validation processes.
Market Analysis:
Monitor the competitive landscape and market trends to substantiate our business case and valuation.
Qualifications
Experience: 3–5 years in Finance, Venture Capital, or Business Development. Demonstrated understanding of the investment round process.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Excel (financial modeling) and presentation design.
Resilience:
Ability to maintain persistence and drive effectively through long negotiation cycles.
Adaptability:
Capable of adjusting strategies efficiently to meet evolving business needs.
