- Service Delivery & Quality: Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle data management, ensuring all daily requests and cases are processed with high efficiency and accuracy.
- Workflow Optimization: Manage the team's utilization by planning task distribution, monitoring workload, and ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality metrics are met.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues and lead the development, updates, and distribution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Performance Management: Set performance objectives aligned with company OKRs, conducting periodic appraisals and monitoring progress against agreed-upon metrics.
- Team Development: Build team competency by creating training plans, coaching members, and identifying growth opportunities to enhance overall organizational capability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with HR partners and global counterparts to align service delivery with broader business requirements and support needs.
- Strategic Leadership: Requires 3+ years of experience leading teams within a global Shared Services or multicultural environment, ideally in a fast-paced start-up or growth setting.
- Operational Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end Employee Life Cycle, with a focus on Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and HR Master Data management.
- Systems & Analytics: Proficiency in Workday or similar ERP/ATS platforms, coupled with strong data reporting and analytical skills to drive informed decision-making.
- Performance Management: Proven ability to implement and assess quality metrics, SLAs, and performance goals to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Stakeholder & Conflict Management: Skilled at managing diverse stakeholder relationships across different geographies and resolving complex conflicts with sound judgment.
- Efficiency & Adaptability: A highly organized, results-oriented professional capable of managing multiple priorities and working across time zones (CET/AEST) with a commitment to deadlines.
