    We're on the lookout for a Generative AI Trainer to help us collect, structure, and validate mechanical component data for our early-stage AI company. In this role, you'll work on building an intelligent agent that performs foundational mechanical design work for industrial systems, including data center electrical and cooling infrastructure. Plus, you'll collaborate with a supportive team while contributing to process improvements in our AI data pipelines.

    We're looking for someone who loves research, thrives in spreadsheets, and enjoys turning messy technical data into clean, structured datasets. You'll need to be comfortable using AI tools daily, handling large volumes of data, and performing quality checks to ensure accuracy. This role is research-driven, fast-paced, and requires precision—you'll help power the AI system that's at the heart of our operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Research industrial mechanical and electrical components (terminal boxes, lugs, fuses, wires, enclosures, compressors, etc.)
    • Locate manufacturer data sheets and technical documentation online
    • Extract detailed specifications from PDFs and other technical documents
    • Use AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, or other extraction tools) to scrape, structure, and reformat data
    • Reformat messy documentation into clean, structured datasets
    • Validate AI outputs for correctness and completeness
    • Organize all data in Google Sheets and structured catalogs, maintaining consistency in formatting and categorization
    • Cross-reference data between sheets and prepare clean datasets for AI training and analysis
    • Perform QA checks to ensure accuracy before data enters the AI training pipeline
    • Work within a structured team workflow with research assignments
    • Participate in cross-team QA reviews
    • Communicate clearly and asynchronously with the team
    • Contribute ideas for improving processes, speed, and efficiency
    • Work in short, rapid cycles (1–2 day turnaround targets per component category)
    • Focus on delivering structured, high-quality output efficiently while adapting quickly as priorities evolve

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in BPO Customer Support, Operations, or Documentation Management, especially with US-based businesses.
    • Experience working at a US-based startup is a major plus
    • Exceptional research skills and ability to find accurate technical information efficiently
    • Extremely detail-oriented and comfortable working with technical specs and numbers
    • Strong Google Sheets proficiency (formulas, cross-sheet referencing, data organization)
    • Comfortable handling large datasets across multiple files
    • Regular user of AI tools and curious about improving workflows
    • Strong written communication skills
    • Self-starter who works independently but collaborates effectively
    • Comfortable asking questions and clarifying ambiguity
    • Fast learner who can absorb processes quickly
    • Comfortable working in a remote, async-first team

    Bonus (Not Required):

    • Exposure to mechanical, electrical, or industrial systems
    • Experience working with technical documentation or engineering data
    • Previous AI training, AI ops, or data structuring experience
    • Experience handling structured product catalogs.

    Salary and Benefits:

    • Base salary: 55k PHP per month.
    • Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays.
