    What You'll Do:

    • Lead and manage the company's data privacy program, ensuring compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA and relevant NPC guidelines.
    • Oversee personal data management across stores, HQ, e-commerce, and third-party vendors, including data mapping, retention, disposal, and responding to data subject requests.
    • Coordinate privacy incident and breach responses, including engagement with regulators when necessary, and ensure third-party/cross-border processing meets privacy and security requirements.
    • Deliver privacy training and awareness programs to promote a strong data protection culture and support operational teams with practical privacy playbooks.
    • Support ad hoc compliance, governance, and cross-functional initiatives as required.

    What Makes You A Great Fit:

    • Bachelor's degree in Law, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5–8 years of experience in legal, compliance, IT audit, or risk management, with at least 3 years focused on Data Privacy.
    • Hands-on experience conducting DPIAs and managing Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs).
    • Experience working with regulators (e.g., National Privacy Commission) and handling data breach incidents.
    • Comfortable presenting to senior management and able to work independently.
    • Certified Data Protection Officer (CDPO) or equivalent PH privacy training is preferred.
    • Familiarity with ISO 27701 and privacy frameworks; CIPP/A certification is an advantage.
