- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a business-related field
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of 8 years of human resources experience
- At least 10 years of experience in the BPO industry
- Experience working with US or global organizations in cross-functional environments
- Preferred: SHRM-CP or PHR
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated track record of leading end-to-end HR programs in cross-functional, global organizations, including performance management, employee engagement, strategic workforce planning, and site operations governance
- Translate enterprise strategy into structured execution plans aligned to KPIs, resources, and business priorities.
- Align teams to mission and performance expectations through strong communication and engagement leadership.
- Own SLA/KPI governance, track metrics, escalate risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build organizational capability through succession planning, workforce optimization, and inclusive talent development.
- Oversee daily coordination with Emapta (HR, IT, facilities, service delivery) to ensure seamless operations aligned with SLAs and KPIs.
- Represent the global brand on-site, reinforcing culture, governance, and performance standards.
- Lead governance reviews and leadership updates covering staffing, risks, trends, and operational gaps.
- Maintain strong on-site leadership presence to coach managers, remove barriers, and escalate critical issues.
- Implement a "One Team" operating model across Manila-supported functions.
- Translate enterprise strategy into quarterly execution plans with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
- Align SLAs, SOPs, workflows, and resource planning with global stakeholders to ensure continuity and scalability.
- Align global and local HR policies, compliance standards, and escalation protocols.
- Serve as primary escalation partner for employee and manager concerns hour turnaround).
- Oversee ER cases and ensure disciplined HR lifecycle execution (onboarding, performance, merit, promotions, compensation).
- Drive employee listening initiatives and implement actionable engagement plans.
- Lead monthly SLA/KPI reviews and proactively address performance gaps.
- Own SOP governance, risk management, and quarterly compliance audits.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement measurable improvement initiatives.
- Develop succession pipelines and leadership readiness (ready-now/ready-later).
- Partner on workforce forecasting, hiring plans, and seat utilization.
- Strengthen resiliency through cross-training and structured development pathways.
- Lead culture and recognition initiatives aligned with company values.
- Monitor engagement metrics and execute action plans within defined timelines.
- Drive change management and cascade global updates into clear local execution plans.
- Leverage workforce metrics and trends to inform HR strategy and policy decisions.
