    Job Title: Virtual Assistant - Zoho Platform Setup and Management

    Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to spearhead the setup and ongoing management of our Zoho platform. The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in Zoho One and development skills, combined with a deep understanding of our brand values of transparency, innovation, and operational efficiency.

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Custom Geographical Mapping Tool Development:
      • Purpose: Design and implement a mapping tool with API integrations for canvassers to pull data on potential leads by selecting specific addresses in the field.
      • Expectations: Collaborate with the RHIVE team to gather requirements, develop a user-friendly interface, and ensure the tool can retrieve accurate, real-time data. Integrate Zoho API and third-party data sources, supporting our field team's need for immediate insights and streamlined lead tracking.
    2. Zoho Application Setup and Brand Alignment:
      • Purpose: Configure, optimize, and maintain Zoho applications to align with RHIVE's brand standards and operational goals.
      • Expectations: Customize settings, workflows, and interfaces across Zoho apps, ensuring they reflect RHIVE's commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction. Develop Zoho applications and modules that enhance internal workflows, all branded to maintain a cohesive client experience.
    3. API Integration and Development:
      • Purpose: Use API development to connect Zoho with external systems, including the custom mapping tool, to automate workflows and ensure seamless data exchange.
      • Expectations: Integrate APIs across Zoho applications, supporting a consistent flow of data across projects, leads, and customer interactions. Document and test all integrations, ensuring reliable performance and scalability.
    4. Zoho CRM Customization for Lead Management:
      • Purpose: Customize Zoho CRM to track lead interactions, automate follow-ups, and generate insights for the sales team.
      • Expectations: Create CRM blueprints and custom workflows that simplify lead management for the canvassing team, integrating data pulled from the mapping tool and other sources.
    5. Zoho Books, Projects, and Analytics:
      • Purpose: Manage and optimize Zoho Books, Projects, and Analytics to support RHIVE's financial, project, and data visualization needs.
      • Expectations: Customize financial templates, project management tasks, and analytical dashboards to reflect RHIVE's priorities, ensuring accurate and transparent information sharing across departments.
    6. Training and Documentation:
      • Purpose: Develop training materials and conduct sessions to empower the RHIVE team to use Zoho applications and the mapping tool effectively.
      • Expectations: Create SOPs, video tutorials, and ongoing training modules for Zoho and the mapping tool, emphasizing practical usage and best practices aligned with RHIVE's operations.
